Effects of Element (Al, Mo, Sn and Fe) Doping on Phase Structure and Mechanical Properties of the Ti-Nb-Based Alloys

چکیده
In the paper, Ti-18Nb-5X (X = Mo and Sn) Ti-33Nb-2X Al, Sn, Fe Mo) alloys were investigated to evaluate effects of Mo, Sn doping different heat treatments on properties microstructures Ti-Nb-based alloys. The results show that Al decreased volume ?M in water-quenched Ti-33Nb-2Al alloy promoted formation ? phase furnace-cooled alloy. Fe-doping was proven stabilize phase. Sn-doping plays a complicated role promote ??? Ti-33Nb-2Sn but increases Ti-18Nb-5Mo-5Sn. containing phases larger superelastic strains lower Young’s moduli. Ti-based alloys, modulus decreases, strain is enhanced with increasing ???.
